Understanding your costs is important, and Arkmon aims to keep it simple and transparent for you. Here's how the monthly fee is determined.

If your portfolio remains at or below €500 for the entire month, you won't incur any fees. Enjoy Arkmon's services completely free of charge!

Every month our system looks back at your portfolio history and calculates the average total value of your account. If your average portfolio exceed €500 during the month, a fee of 0.3% of the total portfolio value is applied. This fee is calculated on the average value, ensuring that you are charged fairly by averaging out the sometimes wild market fluctuations. For instance, if you have an average portfolio value of €1,000 your monthly fee would be €3.

We only charge you for services we have already delivered to you. So your monthly payment is for your usage of our service in the previous billing period. This way we are sure that your average portfolio value during that time was high enough to be in our paid service tier. If for example your portfolio only briefly rose above 500 and came back down, then you will likely not be charged, as your average value may have stayed below 500.
